摘　　要：首先介绍了集群式供应链库存管理存在的问题,据此设计出系统优化的网络结构,引入最小费用最大流的方法并进行了实际的赋值计算,然后提出了集群式供应链库存的优化模型,结尾对建立在集群式供应链基础上的库存管理的实际意义进行了评价。In this paper, we first introduced the problems in the inventory management of supply chain clusters and designed the network structure of their inventory system. Then by introducing the minimum cost/maximum flow method, we proposed the optimization of the inventory of the cluster supply chains and at the end commented on the practical significance of inventory managemenet for cluster supply chains.
