摘　　要：对生产企业逆向物流组织模式进行了分析,介绍了企业实施逆向物流的三种组织模式;运用模糊层次分析法,以经济、管理、运营及政府等因素作为评价指标,对企业逆向物流的组织模式进行了评价,充分比较各种模式的优势和劣势,选择适合企业自身发展的模式。In this paper we analyzed the organizational mode of reverse logistics of production enterprises, introduced three modes for its implementation and used fuzzy AHP, with factors such as economy, management, operation and government as the index, to evaluate the organizational modes, fully comparing the advantage and disadvantage of them.
