摘　　要：目的：进一步讨论脊柱侧后凸畸形矫形术围手术期精心的常规护理及并发症的处理方法。方法：手术前的准备及术后常规护理、并发症的护理。结果：手术后患者均恢复良好，无术后并发症的发生，均顺利出院。结论：正确、合理、精心的围术期护理可以促进疾病康复与减少并发疰的发生．提高病人的生活质量，减少并发症。objective ： to further discuss licntang protrnsion deformity orthopaedic spinal surgery pefioperative elaborate conventional care and the treatment method of complications. Methods： the preparation before surgery and postoperative complications of nursing care, routine. Results： all patients recovered well after operation, no postoperative complications. Conclusion： correct, reasonable, elaborate perioperative care can promote disease healing and reduce complications, improve the patient＇s quality of life, to reduce the complications.
