摘　　要：目的：总结人工髋关节置换手术的护理经验。方法：回顾性分析和总结人工髋关节置换术围手术期的护理过程。结果：120例患者术后髋关节功能恢复良好，无并发症。结论：人工髋关节置换术是安全有效的治疗方法，通过围手术期精心护理减少了术后并发症的发生，促进了患腋功能的恢复，提高了患者的生活质量。objective： to summarize the artificial hip replacement surgery nursing experience. Methods： a retrospective analysis and summary hip arthroplasty perioperative care process. Results： 120 patients had the hip function recovered well and no complications. Conclusion： hip arthroplasty is safe and effective treatment methods, through the perioperative care reduces the postoperative complications, promote the limb function recovery, and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
