摘　　要：目的：建立亲属活体肾移植手术护理配合的标准作业程序（Standard Operation Procedure，SOP），确保供、患者的手术安全。方法：对36例亲属活体肾移植手术的护理配合进行分析，总结亲属活体肾移植手术护理配合的SOP。结果：所有亲属活体肾移植患者手术顺利完成，供受双方均安全渡过围手术期。结论：有效的亲属活体肾移植手术护理配合的SOP是保障手术成功的关键。Objective： To establish a Standard Operation Procedure （SOP） of living related renal transplantation assistance for the surgical safety of both the donors and the recipients. Methods： Thirty - six patients undergoing living related renal transplantation were included in this study for evaluating a SOP of living related renal transplantation assistance. Results： The surgery was performed swimmingly for both the donors and the recipients, and all patients recovered uneventfully during perioperative period. Conclusions ： Effective SOP of living related renal transplantation assistance plays a key role for the success of operation.
