摘 要:目的:探讨传染科在双向选择现场招聘会等场合招聘护士难的问题,争取能够招聘到合格的护理人员。方法:运用詹姆斯莫里斯和威廉·维克瑞的信息不对称理论对传染科护士招聘过程予以分析,找出沟通中所存在的问题。结果:证实了应聘者与传染科之间的信息不对称使得双方互相误解.难以达成招聘意向。结论:通过信息提供、信念建立、环境营造等措施,可以有效弥合应聘者与传染科之间的信息隔阂,使传染科能够招聘到合适的护士。Objective: To investigate the infection in a two -way choice site recruitment occasions nurse recruitment difficult problem, seeking to recruit qualified nursing personnel. Methods : using James Morris and William Vickeryg theory of information asymmetry on nurses in infectious diseases department recruitment process to analysis, find out the problems existing in the communication. Results: confirm the applicant and the Department of infectious diseases the as)anmetry of itfformation between the mutual misunderstandings, difficult to achieve in hiring intentions. Conclusion: through providing information, faith, environment etc, can be effective in brldging the candidates and the Departroent of infectious diseases between the information gap, so that the infectious disease department to recruit suitable nurse.
