摘　　要：文章在综合阐述当前我国城市住区建设的现状和国外住区发展经验的基础上,对快速城市化背景下的中国城镇住区空间模式进行了新的探讨。Based on comprehensive exposition of the present condition of urban residence development in China and foreign experience on residence construction,the article tries to take a new discussion about residential space pattern under the background of rapid urbanization in China.
