摘　　要：通过对某省直机关集中办公区方案设计过程的分析,比较最初的中标方案与最终实施方案在形式上的差异,说明在设计中,只要始终坚持合理的设计理念,遵循功能与形式的有机结合,都能达到预期的设计目标。The paper analyzes the design process of the bid conceptual design and final schematic design of Hunan governmental agency office buildings and compares their differences in architectural form.The results show that the expected design goals will be reached through insistence of reasonable design concepts and organic combination of function and form.
