摘　　要：目的为适应国际形势,逐渐减少我国银汞合金的生产使用提出合理化建议。方法对我国银汞合金的发展历史、生产和使用状况,及其替代产品复合树脂的研发现状进行探讨,同时,对国际社会针对银汞合金汞控制的观点立场进行分析。结果与结论根据我国国情,拟定相应的银汞合金控制和消除时间,为我国进行国际汞控制谈判提供参考。Objective To offer reasonable proposals for our country to adapt to the international tendency of gradually reduced use of dental amalgam. Methods The history of the development, production, usage, and the status of dental amalgam＇s alternatives research with composite resin were reviewed. The international view and stand for the use of it were also analyzed. Results and Conclusion Practical suggestions are proposed about Chinese schedule of dental amalgam control and elimination, so as to provide reference for the negotiation of international mercury control.
