折叠技术在双环法巨乳缩小术塑形中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨折叠技术在巨乳缩小术中的应用技巧。方法:在双环法手术基础上,采用多处折叠的方法,以乳房外下方腺体为蒂,旋转折叠腺体,增加乳头乳晕的凸度。并把外环内上方的皮下脂肪组织进行折叠缝合,以充填乳房上极使之饱满。结果:对12例患者、24只乳房用该方法行巨乳缩小矫正术,均取得满意疗效。结论:在巨乳缩小术式中,应用折叠技术,有效减少术后上极瘪塌、乳房凸度不足等情况的发生,是一种值得在临床上推广使用的方法。Objective To explore the application of folding technique in round block reduction mammaplasty. Methods During the round block reduction mammaplasty,the folding technique was performed in multiple areas.To be specific,the bottom lateral glandular tissue of breast was referred to as pedicle, which was rotated and folded to increase the protrusion of nipple and areola. Meanwhile, the upper middle subcutaneous lipid of the lateral circle was folding-sutured to fill the upper pole of breast on the purpose of making it full. Results A total of 12 patients （24 breasts） underwent this folding technique in round block reduction mammaplasty,all of them obtained the satisfactory surgical outcomes. Conclusion In reduction mammaplasty,the application of folding technique could effectively decrease the incidence of deficient protrusion and upper pole collapse in post-surgical breast,which warrants folding technique is a promising access to extensively clinical application.
