双环加垂直切口的乳房上提缩小术

摘　　要：目的:探讨结合不同术式的新乳房上提缩小术。方法:2012年1月以来,应用双环加垂直切口的乳房上提缩小方法行8例手术。结果:乳房肥大下垂得到明显矫正,乳头按需要上提3～7cm,切除乳腺组织100～350g,乳房外形挺拔,医患双方均比较满意。结论:双环加垂直切口的乳房上提缩小术是一种较好的手术方法。Objective To explore a new lifting and reduction mammaplasty of combining different surgical procedures. Methods Since January 2012, periareolar and vertical incision lifting and reduction mammaplasty had been performed in 8 cases. Results Breast hypertrophy and ptosis were obviously corrected,the nipples were lifted from 3-7cm according to the requirements, and 100g to 350g breast tissues were removed. Both doctors and patients are satisfied with the breast shape, Conclusion The periareolar and vertical incision lifing and reduction mammaplasty is a relatively good surgical procedure.
