摘  要:通过机械球磨制备一种能快速水解制氢的Al-Ca合金。为了提高该合金的制氢效果,在机械球磨制备合金的过程中添加NaCl作为Al-Ca合金的活化改性剂,并考察NaCl添加量、机械球磨时间和Ca含量等不同因素对Al-Ca合金的制备及其制氢效果的影响。结果表明:NaCl的添加能明显抑制颗粒的团聚,提高合金的制氢产率;Al-Ca合金的制氢速率和制氢产率随合金中NaCl添加量、球磨时间和Ca含量的提高而逐渐提高。当NaCl的添加量为7%时制备得到Al-20%Ca-7%NaCl合金,将其与水反应1 200 s左右时制氢产率可达100%。A novel material for fast generating hydrogen by splitting water, Al-Ca alloy, was prepared by mechanical ball-milling. In order to improve the hydrogen generation of alloy, NaCl was added as the activation modifier during the process of ball-milling. The research results show that the addition of NaCl can resist the agglomeration of alloy powder and improve hydrogen yield. The hydrogen generation rate and hydrogen yield increases with increasing NaCl addition, ball-milling time and Ca content. When the addition amount of NaCl is 7%, Al-20%Ca-7%NaCl alloy is prepared, and the hydrogen yield can reach 100% after reacting with water for 1 200 s.
