摘 要:通过正交试验,确定聚硅酸铝铁的最佳制备条件为n(聚硅酸):n(Al3+)=2:1,n(聚硅酸):n(Fe3+)=2:1,浸出液pH为4.3,熟化温度为60℃.用分光光度法研究其对Ni2+的吸附性能,结果表明:当废水pH为8.0、絮凝剂用量为20 mL/L时,Ni2+去除率达92.7%,沉降时间为16 min.The optimum experimental conditions for preparation of polysilicate aluminum ferrit were obtained by orthogonal test. Nickel-containing wastewater was treated with polysilicate aluminum ferrit and the removal rate was determined by speetrophotometry. The results showed that the removal rate of Ni^2+ could reach 92.7% when n(polysilicare) : n( Al^3+ ) was 2: 1, n( polysilicate): n( Fe^3+ ) was 2: 1, temperature was 60 ℃ , wastewater pH was 8, and the usage of flocculant was 20 mL/L, and sedimentation time was 16 min, respectively.
