摘 要:以酸处理后的信阳上天梯天然斜发沸石作为载体,分别采用浸渍法和溶胶凝胶法制备Ti0.8Zr0.2O2/沸石光催化剂.采用X-射线衍射、红外光谱和扫描电镜分析样品的微观结构和形貌.结果表明,80℃下,4 mol/L盐酸处理10 h后沸石结构发生了显著变化,Al—O—Si骨架结构保持.扫描电镜证明钛锆氧化物在溶胶凝胶法制备的光催化剂上高度分散,以罗丹明B(RhB)为模型污染物考察了该样品的吸附与光催化效果.300 W紫外灯光照1.5 h后,0.2 g该催化剂可使20 mL浓度为80 mg/L RhB溶液的去除率达97.12%,重复使用8次后去除率为89.47%.Ti0.8Zr0.2O2/zeolite photocatalysts were prepared by impregnation and sol-gel methods,the natural clinoptilolite from Xinyang was employed as substrate after dealuminating with hydrochloric acid.Morphology and structure of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope(SEM) techniques.The results show that remarkable change in structure of natural zeolite is observed after treated with 4 mol/L HCl at 80 ℃ for 10 h,the framework of Al—O—Si remain unchanged.SEM images indicate that the composite TiZr oxide is highly dispersed in the catalyst prepared by sol-gel method.Performance of adsorption and photocatalysis was evaluated by employing rhodamine B(RhB) as a model of pollutant.97.12 % of 20 mL RhB(80 mg/L) was removed over 0.2 g Ti0.8Zr0.2O2/zeolite under 300 W UV light irradiation for 1.5 h.89.47 % of RhB could be removed after recycling 8 times.
