摘　　要：针对B城市"TD-GSM系统间CS域切换成功率"指标恶化的问题,从终端侧和网络侧两个方面分别着手进行研究,首先定位出了K终端本身不符合3GPP协议规范是造成指标恶化的根本原因,推动终端厂家对该款终端进行了软件升级,之后又对网络侧进行了详细分析,提出简单有效的方案,解决了已经投放到市场的问题终端无法从TD网络切换到GSM网络的问题。Aiming at the worsening index of ＂Handover Success Ratio for CS domain between TD-GSM system＂ in B city in-depth study is done from two sides of the terminal and the network. First of all, the basic reason is oriented that the standard of terminal itself could not conform to the 3GPP protocol, and then a detailed analysis is done on the network side. Finally a simple and efficient proposal is proposed, which could effectively solve the negative impact caused by the terminal from the network side.
