围绝经期激素治疗对绝经综合征患者血液生化和生活质量影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨围绝经期激素治疗对绝经综合征妇女血液生化和生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年12月在我院接受激素治疗的绝经综合征妇女156例的临床资料,比较治疗前后血液生化和生活质量评分表测定的变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后患者高密度脂蛋白、血总胆红素增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、血糖等指标,用药前后差异无统计学意义。生活质量评分表治疗前为(121.45±22.35)分,治疗后为(186.33±22.45)分,治疗前后相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期激素治疗能改善绝经综合征妇女的血液生化指标,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To＇explore perimenopausal period hormone therapy＇s influence on blood biochemi- cal parameters and life quality of postmenopansal syndrome patents. Methods The retrospective analysis was made on 156 postmenopaosal syndrome patents treated by hormone from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2010. Blood biochem- ical parameters and life quality grade around treatment were compared. Results After treatment, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, total bilirubin was significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cholesterol, triacylglycerol, low density lipoprotein and blood glucose index showed no significant differences. Before and after treatment, life quality grade was respectively（ 121.45 ± 22.35 ） and（ 186.33 ± 22.45 ） points, which had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion For menopause syndrome patients, perimenopansal period hormone therapy can im- prove their blood biochemical parameters and quality of life.
