地屈孕酮联合孕康口服液治疗早期先兆流产34例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨地屈孕酮联合孕康口服液治疗早期先兆流产的疗效。方法将早期先兆流产患者68例随机分为两组,各34例,治疗组以地屈孕酮片联合孕康口服液治疗;对照组以黄体酮注射液治疗。两组均用药至症状消失后7 d。观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(94.12%vs 76.47%,P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮联合孕康口服液治疗早期先兆流产疗效优于黄体酮肌内注射,服用方便,可减少长期肌内注射的痛苦,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dydrogesterone combined with Yunkang oral liq- uid in treating early threatened abortion. Methods 68 patients with early threatened abortion were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group. Treatment group was given dydrogesterone combined with yunkang oral liquid. Control group was given progesterone injection. Both groups were treated until 7 days af- ter disappearance of symptoms. The efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results The total efficay of treatment group was higher than that of the control group （ 94, 12% vs76.47% , P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dydrogesterone combined with yunkang ora/liquid effectin the treatment of ear/y threatened abortion is better than intramuscular progesterone. It can reduce the pain of long-term intramuscular injection because of its convenient administration mode, thus is worthy of clinical aoolieation.
