血液净化专科护士培训模式的实践与思考

摘　　要：为探讨血液净化专科护士培训模式及科学管理方法,通过建立培训目标、落实培训计划、实践培训内容及完成达标考核等内容,3年共培训血液净化专科护士40名,经江苏省护理学会组织专家评审,38名学员获得血液净化专科护士证书,合格率为95%。认为血液净化示范基地的专科护士培训模式,可为临床实用型护理专业人才成长提供行之有效的方法。The specialized nurse training mode of blood purification and scientific managing methods were explored through establishing the training goals, implementing the training plans, practicing the training contents and completing the examinations. A to- tal of 40 blood purification specialized nurses had been trained in 3 years, 38 students had passed the expert evaluation organized by the Nurses Association of Jiangsu Province and received the nurse certificates, the qualified rate was 95%. The demonstrative base of blood purification with a specialized nurse training mode provides an effective method of practical nurse training.
