摘　　要：当前,非战争军事行动医疗救援已成为军队完成多元化军事任务卫勤保障的重要组成部分。文中通过研究学科馆员制度在国家应急救援队执行非战争军事行动中实际应用价值,探讨医学信息情报对执行非战争军事行动的实际信息保障作用。针对国家应急救援队人员抽组、分组模式、任务内容,探索出学科馆员制度在非战争军事行动中医学信息情报决策支持模式。认为学科馆员制度对于非战争军事行动具有重要的信息保障作用。Nowadays, medical rescue in non-war military operations has become one of the most important components of medical and logistic service for the army to fulfill multivariate missions. This paper studies the effect of the subject librarian system in non-war military operations, and discusses the contribution of medical information in non-war military operations. Aiming directly at the personnel picking and grouping, grouping patterns and task contents of the national emergency rescue team, we studied the decision support model of subject librarian system in non-war military operations with medical information. The subject librarian system for non- war military missions has an important role in information security.
