摘　　要：胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)是2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)形成的重要因素。IR发生机制十分复杂,目前尚不十分清楚。近年来,大量研究证实游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)是IR形成的重要因素。FFA影响胰岛素分泌、介导IR,并推测FFA为T2DM及IR相关疾病的重要因子,有望成为T2DM及相关疾病的治疗靶点。Insulin resistance （IR） is an important factor in the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. The mecha- nisms of IR are complex and not yet quite clear. Many recent studies have confirmed the important role of free fatty acid （FFA） in the development of IR. FFA affects insulin secretion and mediates insulin resistance; it is presumably a key factor of IR-related T2DM and other diseases, and may become a therapeutic target of T2DM and other related diseases.
