内脂素与甲状腺素关系的研究进展

摘　　要：内脂素(visfatin)是一种主要由内脏脂肪组织分泌的细胞因子,与代谢综合征、炎症等密切相关,可促进脂肪细胞分化、成熟和脂质蓄积,其表达受多种因素的调控。甲状腺素参与机体包括脂代谢的各种生理过程,既促进分解代谢,又促进合成代谢,其分泌异常均可引起机体不适。甲状腺功能异常的重要原因之一是自身免疫因素,常被称为自身免疫性疾病。visfatin也参与自身免疫性疾病的发生、发展。现通过甲状腺功能异常与脂代谢相关内容阐述visfatin与甲状腺素的关系。Visfatin is a cytokine secreted mainly by visceral adipose tissues and closely related with metabolism syndrome and inflammation. It promotes adipocyte differentiation, maturation and fat accumulation. The expression of visfatin can be regulated by many factors. Thyroid hormone plays roles both in atabolism and anabolism including lipid metabolism. Its hypersecretion or hyposecre- tion will cause an unhealthy body. Autoimmunity is the main reason for thyroid disfunctions. Visfatin also takes part in the processes of autoimmune diseases. In this paper we will review the relationship between visfatin and thyroid hormone in the fields of thyroid disfunc- tion and lipid metabolism.
