摘　　要：目的探讨白介素-10基因-819 C>T位点多态性与膀胱癌易感性的关系。方法以病例对照研究方法,应用等位基因特异性PCR(AS-PCR)分别检测400例膀胱癌患者和400例健康体检者的IL-10-819 C﹥T基因多态性,对各基因型和等位基因进行统计学分析。结果膀胱癌组变异纯合TT基因型的频率(54.5%)高于对照组基因型(42.0%),差异有统计学意义[χ2=4.740,P<0.05,OR=1.977(95%CI:1.064～3.674)],膀胱癌组携带变异T等位基因的频率(72.0%)高于对照组基因型(63.0%),差异有统计学意义[χ2=7.385,P<0.01,OR=1.510(95%CI:1.121～2.035)];IL-10-819 C>T的基因型频率在浅表型和浸润型膀胱癌之间无统计学意义。结论 IL-10-819 C﹥T基因多态性与浙江汉族人群膀胱癌易感性有关。Objective To investigate the association between genetic polymorphism of the Interleukin - 10 - 819 C 〉 T and suscep- tibility of bladder cancer. Methods Based upon a case - control study, the polymorphisms of Interleukin - 10 - 819 C 〉 T were deter- mined by allele specific PCR amplification （ AS - PCR） in 400 cases with bladder cancer and 400 healthy controls. The genotypes of IL - 10 -819 C 〉 T and the risk of bladder cancer were analyzed. Results The frequency of variant homozygous TT genotype in cases with bladder cancer （54.5%） was higher than that in healthy controls（42.0% ） and difference was statistically significant [χ^2 = 4. 740, P 〈 0. 05 ,OR = 1. 977（95% CI：I. 064 - 3. 674） ]. The frequency of variant allele T in cases with bladder cancer was higher than that in healthy controls（72.0% , 63.0% respectively） and the difference was statistically significant [χ^2= 7. 385, P 〈 0.01, OR = 1. 510 （ 95% CI ： 1. 121 - 2. 035 ） ]. There was no association of the genotypes of IL - 10 - 819 C 〉 T with the clinical stage of bladder cancer. Conclusions The genetic polymorphisms of Interleukin - 10 - 819 C 〉 T were associated with the susceptibility of bladder cancer among HaM nationality in Zhejiang.
