摘　　要：治疗脾胃病用药应刚柔相济,用量当以小剂量徐收其功,最忌峻药猛剂损伤脾胃之气。陈慈煦名老中医临床开具处方时强调要辨证论治,治病求本,用药应灵活多变,对古方的应用不可拘泥照搬,应因时、因地、因人变化而随证加减。The medication for spleen and stomach diseases should be moderate, suitable for the small dosage, avoidable for the drastic drugs to damage the spleen-qi and stomach-qi. Chen Cixu emphasized syndrome differentiation and treatment, treatment of the root cause, flexible medication, and he thought that the application of old prescriptions, instead of copying, should be changed in accordance with seasonal conditions, local conditions and the physique of an individual.
