螺旋CT平扫技术对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:利用GE LightSpeed 64排容积CT平扫技术,分析评估对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析30例经手术、病理证实的急性阑尾炎患者的CT影像表现。结果:急性单纯性阑尾炎7例,阑尾盲肠周围炎16例,坏疽性或出血性阑尾炎4例,阑尾周围脓肿3例,诊断准确率达到100%(P<0.05)。结论:应用多层螺旋CT平扫技术且结合多方位重建,可满意地显示大部分阑尾的全貌,以达到较准确诊断急性阑尾炎的目的。Objective： To analyze and evaluate the value of using GE LightSpeed 64-detector volume CT scanning technology in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods： We have retrospectively analyzed the CT features of 30 cases with acute appendicitis confirmed by operation and pathology.Results： 7 cases of acute simple appendicitis,appendectomy appendix peripheral inflammation in 16 cases,bleeding or gangrenous appendicitis in 4 cases,3 cases with periappendicular abscess.The diagnosis accuracy was 100%（P0.05）.Conclusion： Application of multislice spiral CT scan technology combined with the multiplanar reconstruction can reveal the landscape of appendix in most cases with satisfactory,to achieve a more accurate diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
