摘　　要：目的:探讨外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在急性白血病患者化疗中的应用及护理。方法:58例急性白血病患者经肘窝外周静脉行PICC插管化疗,并观察置管的临床效果。结果:58例中37例未发生出血、感染、静脉炎、导管阻塞等并发症。结论:PICC具有操作方便、维护简单、留置时间长、并发症少等特点,对白血病的化疗尤为适用,为白血病患者提供一条安全有效的静脉通路。Objective： To investigate the application and care of peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） during the chemotherapy for acute leukemia patients.Methods： 58 acute leukemia patients received chemotherapy were inserted PICC via cubital vein in cubital fossa.Then observe the clinical effect.Results： 37 of the 58 patients avoided of the complication of bleed,infection,phlebitis,catheter occlusion,et al.Conclusion： PICC has several characters,such as convenient to operate,indwelling for long,rare of complication.It was particularly applicable for the chemotherapy of acute leukemia,and provided a secure and effective venous access for leukemia patients.
