摘  要:本文针对宽频带超声换能器的设计,对采用非一致层厚的多层铁电单晶结构的特性进行了研究和优化。建立了基于复材料参数的多层压电结构的理论模型,运用模拟退火全局优化算法对多层铌镁酸铅-钛酸铅结构的层厚进行了优化,并分析了各层厚度变化对多层压电结构频率响应特性的影响。理论仿真和实验结果证明非一致层厚的多层铁电单晶结构能够用于设计和制造高性能宽频带超声换能器。In this paper, characteristics of multilayer ferroelectric single crystal structures with non - uni- form layer thicknesses were studied and optimized for broadband ultrasonic transducer design. The theo- retical model of muhilayer piezoelectric structures based on complex piezoelectric material parameters has been established. Simulated Annealing optimization was used to optimize the layer thicknesses of a multi- layer PMN - PT structure. The effects of layer thickness variations on the muhilayer device were ana- lyzed. It is verified that multilayer ferroelectric single crystal structures with non - uniform layer thicknesses are able to be used to design and manufacture high performance broadband ultrasonic transducers with theoretical simulation and practical measurement.
