摘 要:在对新型城轨用牵引电机的数学模型进行分析的基础上研究了电机运行过程,分析了该电机的牵引性能、制动性能,推导了城轨用牵引电机的运行控制方法,得到了影响牵引电机运行特性的典型参数。根据其运行控制方法,通过试验完成了该新型牵引电机的牵引、制动性能测试,得到了190 kW城轨用交流变频牵引电机的牵引、制动性能测试参数及性能测试曲线,与文献的理论曲线吻合。测试结果也验证了城轨用牵引电机牵引制动性能的正确性和有效性。Based on the analysis of mathematics model for a novel urban-rail traction motor, the operation process of traction motor was researched, the traction and braking characteristics of the motor were analyzed, control method of traction motor was presented, and typical parameters of the traction motor were deducted. With operation controlling method, test of traction and braking characteristics were accomplished to obtain traction & braking parameters and characteristics curves for 190 kW urban-rail AC variable-frequency traction motor by experiment, which accorded with theoretical curves of literature. The traction and braking characteristics of traction motor were also verified by testing results.
