摘　　要：目的分析全基因组关联研究(GWAS)英文文献的数据构成特征。方法对国际最新GWAS研究数据库之一—美国国立人类基因组研究所(National Human Genome Research Institute,NHGRI)数据库进行数据挖掘。结果 2005年开始出现GWAS文献,2005-2010年GWAS英文文献分别为2、8、89、151、229和314篇,预计2011年将超出400篇。结论自2005年开始GWAS英文文献逐年增加,且显示出强劲的发展趋势。Objective To analyze the data constitution features of genome - wide association studies （GWAS） in English literature. Methods National Human Genome Institute GWAS database, one of the latest international research database of GWAS, was meticulously data mined. Results From the first article of GWAS in 2005, the number of English literature in GWAS in each year was 2 in 2005, 8 in 2006, 89 in 2007, 151 in 2008, 229 in 2009, and 314 in 2010. By the year 2011, it is expected to exceed 400 articles. Conclusion From 2005, thenuber of English literatures in GWAS has increased year by year, it shows strong momentum.
