摘 要:目的探讨亚硒酸钠对离体牛蛙心功能的影响。方法用蛙心灌流检测牛蛙心肌收缩力,用悬浮微电极记录心室肌动作电位。结果亚硒酸钠明显增强牛蛙心肌收缩力,心室肌动作电位2期平台时程略有缩短;镁离子减弱硒对心肌收缩力的增强作用,减弱程度与镁离子浓度呈正相关;无钙条件下,心脏很快停跳。结论硒对牛蛙心功能有增强作用,此作用可被镁离子所阻断,提示硒增强心室肌收缩力可能是通过促进钙离子内流来实现的。Objective To investigate the effects of sodium selenite on cardiac function in bullfrog. Methods The myocardial contractility of bullfrog was tested by perfusion of hearts,and the action potential of ventricular was recorded with floating microelectrode.Results Sodium selenite significantly enhanced the myocardial contractility of bullfrog,and slightly shortened two-phase platform of ventricular muscle action potential.Magnesium ion inhibited the enhancement of selenium on myocardial contractility,and the inhibitory effect of magnesium was positively correlated with its concentration.Heart stopped beating soon under calcium-free conditions.Conclusion Selenium enhanced the cardiac function of bullfrog,and this effect could be blocked by magnesium ions.The results imply that enhanced effects of selenium on ventricular contraction may achieve by promoting calcium influx.
