摘 要:为探讨乐都紫皮大蒜全生育期可溶性糖的含量变化,以青海乐都紫皮蒜为材料,研究了萌芽期至成熟期大蒜植株鳞茎、假茎、叶片、蒜薹等器官的可溶性糖含量的动态变化。结果表明:在不同生育期,大蒜植株各器官中可溶性糖含量的变化趋势不同,全生育期鳞茎部位可溶性糖含量呈现下降—上升—下降—上升趋势,假茎部位可溶性总糖含量变化趋势呈先上升后下降的;根、叶中可溶性糖含量均呈上升—下降—上升—下降的变化趋势。在同一生育期内,大蒜植株各器官可溶性糖的分配比例也有所不同,就大蒜植株同一生育器官来说,不同生育期,其可溶性糖的分配比例也不尽相同。The aim was to explore the dynamic study on the total soluble sugar content of Ledu garlic in all growth period. The study was made on the total soluble sugar content of garlic of bulbs, stems, leaves, garlic sprouts and other organs during infancy to maturing by using Ledu garlic. The result showed that the total soluble sugar content of garlic plant organs had different variational trend in different growth stages. The soluble sugar content of bulb parts was declining-rising-declining-rising, and the total soluble sugar content of stem changed decline at the first, after rise. The soluble sugar content of roots, leaves were rising-declining-rising-declining. In the same birth period, the soluble sugar distribution proportion of garlic plant organs was also different. In different growth stages, for the same birth organs of garlic plant, the soluble sugar allocation proportion was also different.
