音乐疗法对眼部注射患者疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐疗法对眼部注射患者疼痛的影响。方法采用随机分组法，将180例结膜下注射患者随机分为3组，各60例，常规组注射药物为地塞米松2．5mg，2％盐酸利多卡因0．2ml；实验1组注射药物为地塞米松2．5mg，2％盐酸利多卡因0．2ml，注射同时为患者播放音乐；实验2组注射药物为地塞米松2．5mg，不加2％盐酸利多卡因0．2ml，注射同时为患者播放音乐。采用视觉模拟量表评分法比较3组患者的疼痛程度。结果结膜下注射后的疼痛评分常规组为（4．51±0．25）分，实验1组（3．50±0．30）分，实验2组（3．54±0．30）分，实验1组和实验2组与常规组比较，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为-26．08，-24．46；P〈0．05）；实验1组与实验2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对结膜下注射患者采用音乐疗法不加麻醉药的方法进行干预，能有效的改善患者紧张心理，缓解疼痛，减少麻醉药物的不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of musicotherapy on the pain of patients with ocular injection. Methods Totals of 180 patients were randomly divided into three groups（normal group, test group I, test group 2）with each group 60 cases. The normal group was given conventional subconjunctival injection, and the injection drugs were dexamethasone at the dose of 2.5mg and lidocaine hydrochloride at the dose of 0.2 ml with the concentration of 2%. The test group 1 received dexamethasone and lidocaine hydrochloride with the same dose and concentration as the normal group ,and listened the music during ocular injection. While the test group 2 only received the dexamethasone at the dose of 2.5mg, and listened the music during ocular injection. Meanwhile, the visual analogue scale was adopted to record the pain degree of patients of three groups. Results The pain score of normal group was （4.51 ± 0.25 ）, of test group 1 was （ 3.50 ± 0.30）, of test group 2 was（3.54 ±.30） , and the pain degree of test groupl and test group 2 were significantly lower than that of normal group（ t = - 26.08, - 24.46, respectively ;P 〈 0. 05 ）, while no significant difference was found between test group 1 and test group 2 （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The treatment of background music without narcotic for patients with ocular injection can help the nervous mentality and ease the pain of patients effectively, and reduce the adverse reaction of the narcotic.
