摘　　要：目的:探索护理管理在降低院内感染中的效果。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,比较两肝病科室自2006-2010年医院内感染的变化情况。结果:两组呼吸道感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(字2=16.05,P<0.01);两组胃肠道感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(字2=10.64,P<0.01);两组总感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(字2=41.70,P<0.01)。结论:加强护理管理能有效控制院内感染的发生。Objective：To discuss nursing management improvement to reduce the hospital infection.Methods：Compare the change of the nosocomial infection between two liver disease department from 2006-2010 by retrospective observation method.Results：The difference of respiratory tract infection rate between two groups was statistically significant（字2=16.05,P0.01）.The difference of gastrointestinal tract infection rate between two groups was statistically significant（字2=10.64,P0.01）.The difference of total infection rate between two groups was statistically significant（字2=41.70,P0.01）.Conclusion：The nursing management improvement can reduce the hospital infection.
