摘　　要：对我国单板U型场地滑雪项目科研人才资源现状及存在的问题进行调查与分析,并在此基础上研究科研人才发展对策,探讨培养科研人才、用好科研人才的新观念、新思路,对于提高我国单板U型场地滑雪项目科研人才资源质量,推动我国单板U型场地滑雪项目事业的发展具有重大意义。Basing on investigation into the scientific manpower situation of Chinese half pipe snowboard, the paper has a research of related development measures. It discusses the new idea and thinking about de veloping and taking advantage of the scientific manpower, which will be significant for improving the quality of scientific manpower and promoting the development of Chinese half pipe snowboard.
