黑龙江省普通高校轮滑课程开展现状与对策

摘　　要：为了贯彻落实《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》精神,坚持"健康第一、以人为本"的指导思想,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,分析黑龙江省高校轮滑课程目标设定、内容选择、课程设置、师资条件、场地器材的现状,总结黑龙江省高校轮滑课程教学中存在的问题,提出合理利用和开发学校体育资源,有效推进高校轮滑运动有效途径,旨在营造丰富多彩的校园体育文化氛围,使学生终身受益。In order to implement the spirit of 〈 Guidelines Compendium of Countrywide Ordinary College Sports Teaching 〉 , insist on the guiding idea of ＂health first, people oriented＂ , with the methods of documentary information, interviewing experts, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the paper analyzes the actuality of undergraduates roller skating teaching in Heilongjiang province such as teaching purpose andcontent, curriculum setup, teachers condition and facility. Basing on the existing teaching problems, it sug gests some effective approaches of advancing the undergraduates roller skating by making rational use and development of school sports resources, which purpose is to construct a colorful campus sports culture for the undergraduates＇lifelong benefiting from it.
