现行国际货币体系基本特征与问题分析

摘　　要：现行国际货币体系有五大特征,即黄金非货币化与美元主导、汇率制度弹性化、区域货币合作化、储备货币多元化和货币金融市场一体化。同时存在四大问题,即权利与义务不对称、国际货币体系流动性过剩、汇率过度波动性和国际金融机构的寡头垄断。对于新兴市场经济国家来说,努力弱化国际货币的单一性垄断、构建多元化的国际货币组合体系是一项重要的战略举措。The current international monetary system Zas five characteristics, ie gold demonetization and US dollar domination, exchange rate regime flexiblization, regional monetary cooperation, reserve currency diversification and financial market integration. At the same time, there exist four problems that are asymmetry of rights and obligations, excessive liquidity of international monetary system, exchange rate volatility and oligarch monopoly of the international financial institutions. For the emerging market economies, especially China, weakening the international monetary monopoly and building a diversified international monetary system actively cooperating with other emerging market economies are significant strategic measures.
