摘　　要：通过介绍南水北调中线干线工程所采用的建设管理体制、建设管理模式和建设管理组织体系，并就其实践情况进行了总结分析，指出了实践过程中暴露的问题和不足，提出了部分改进的建议。The construction management system, mode, and organization system, are presented in this paper. And practices of them are summarized and analysed. Problems and shortages are pointed out,and some advices of improvement are gived.
