摘　　要：洪水属于水资源的范畴，具有资源、灾害双重属性。洪水资源化或者洪水资源利用是新时期治水思路和理念贯彻和发展，从洪水资源化涉及主要内容，分析水库汛限水位动态控制、汛末蓄水时机选择等调度运用方式分析水库洪水资源化的有效途径。Flood belongs to the scope of water resources with dual properties of resources and disaster. Flood resource or its use is the implemen- tation and development of the concept for water use in the new period. This article analyzes water level of reservoir flood control, flood storage end timing from the main contents of the flood resource, and gets an effective way to operate flood resources of reservoir.
