摘  要:以输水箱涵结构造价为目标函数,取箱涵壁厚和受拉、受压钢筋面积以及受压区混凝土的高度为设计变量,采用数学规划中的复合形法建立了钢筋混凝土箱涵优化计算方法。以正在建设的南水北调工程输水箱涵典型断面的优化设计为例,比较了优化前、后输水箱涵的壁厚、配筋率和结构造价等主要技术指标,优化分析结果表明:在满足结构强度的前提下,结构优化设计对降低工程造价具有重要的意义。The complex method is employed to optimize the structural design of reinforced concrete box culverts (RCBC),with cost per unit length as the objective function. The design variables include the wall thickness, the areas of the compressed and pulled reinforcing steel, and the depth of compressive zone. A case study in South-to-North Water Diversion Project, currently under construction,is conducted by comparing the main technical specifications of the RCBC, such as the wall thickness, reinforcement ratio, and structural cost, before and after an optimization for the design of its typical section. The analysis shows that,with such an optimization, the RCBC can provide sufficient structural strength with a more affordable construction cost. This suggests that the optimization for the structural design of RCBC is a significant cost reduction measure.
