我国各区域工业企业R&D活动发展变化分析

摘　　要：根据2008年经济普查年鉴,探讨了我国不同区域工业企业R&D活动发展变化的原因。首先运用数据,采用因子分析、聚类分析等方法综合评价了各地区R&D活动,结果显示R&D活动差异与R&D基础投入、R&D使用效率和资源配置等三个方面有直接关系,从R&D政策、环境及投入等多角度寻求变化的原因并给出相应的对策。According to the 2008 economic census yearbook, the reasons of the development of R＆D are different in different area of China. First using factor analysis and clustering analysis, the R＆D activity is comprehensively evaluated, the results show that R＆D activity level is directly associated with the foundation and the total quantity of R＆D activities, the use efficiency of R＆D expenditure as well as the output ability of R＆D staff. Based on the results, the corresponding countermeasures are given.
