摘　　要：本文针对盛水盆塑料模的设计,通过对盛水盆的全面分析,选用合适的注塑机,确定模具的结构方案,再通过模具型芯、型腔等相关尺寸计算,对主要零件进行模具加工工艺分析,确定加工工艺路线和模具的装配工艺。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠。TThis paper discussed the design of plastic washbasin mold, and passing the structure characteristics to the overall analysis of a washbasin, choose to use to note the machine of plastics fitly, make sure the structure project of the molding tool, and return to carry on the molding tool to process the craft analysis to the main spare parts, making sure to process the craft route, and the assemble craft of the molding tool. The structure designed in such way can ensure the reliable running of the mold Finally.
