时令在耳针干预抑郁状态大鼠行为学表现中的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察不同时令耳甲部电针刺激对慢性复合应激模型大鼠抑郁状态演进过程进行干预的行为学表现差异。方法:80只雄性Wistar大鼠经筛选,分为空白组(12只,冬季),模型组(9只,冬季)、耳甲电针1组(14只,冬季)、耳甲电针2组(12只,夏季),共计4组,采用慢性轻度不可预见性复合刺激(CUMS)结合孤养方式造模,通过开野实验、糖水摄入实验评估大鼠行为活动状态。结果:电针刺激对耳甲电针1组大鼠糖水兴趣丧失进程无影响,对耳甲电针2组可使大鼠糖水兴趣丧失进程逆转;电针刺激对耳甲电针1组大鼠敞箱中的行为活动显著降低无法有效干预,耳甲电针2组大鼠开野得分未出现显著降低。结论:疗程14d的耳甲部电针刺激对慢性复合应激模型大鼠抑郁状态演进的夏季干预有效,冬季干预基本无效。To observe the behavioral presentation variation of depressive status in chronic unpredictable mild stress（CUMS） model rats by auricular vagus nerve electrical stimulation in different Season.Methods： 80 male wistar rats were checked in Open-field test into 4 groups as normal group（n=12,winter）,model group（n=9,winter）,auricular vagus nerve electrical stimulation（AVNES） group 1（n=14,winter） and AVNES group 2（n=12,summer）.After model preparation of CUMS,assessing the stimulating effect of 14 day＇s AVNES on behavioral status of rats by Open-field test and Sucrose solution intake.Results： No influence on sugar water preference losing process of rats in AVNES group 1 by AVNES but the preference losing was reversed in AVNES group 2;no effective intervention on significant reduction of rats activity in AVNES group 1 by AVNES while slight reduction was observed in AVNES group 2.Conclusion： 14 days AVNES intervened effectively the depressive status progressive process in summer but ineffectively in winter.
