516名正常人群印堂与准头部面色的可见反射光谱色度学调查研究

摘　　要：目的:检测正常人群印堂与准头部位面色的可见反射光谱色度学数据,分析正常人群面色的色度学参数结果特性。方法:于广东省高校学生中筛选了516名正常人作为研究对象,应用可见反射光谱法采集印堂与准头部面色的数据,进行CIE XYZ的颜色匹配三刺激值的计算,获得CIE 1964色度坐标、亮度、主波长、色纯度等色度学参数。结果:应用可见反射光谱数据反演于CIE 1964色度图,正常人群面色于印堂部的色度坐标x10为(0.3455±0.0071)、y10为(0.3483±0.0052);准头部的色度坐标x10为(0.3511±0.0065)、y10为(0.3518±0.0047);正常面色于印堂与准头部的亮度Y值分别为(30.28±4.80)、(29.60±3.80);正常面色于印堂与准头部的主波长值分别为(581.1±3.3)nm、(580.7±2.5)nm;正常面色于印堂与准头部的兴奋纯度值分别为(0.1377±0.0325)、(0.1634±0.0291)。结论:应用可见反射光谱法对色诊资料采集可提供一种标准的测色方法,对正常人群的印堂与准头部面色的色坐标、主波长与色纯度数据的检测与归纳总结,可以为病理性面色的病证诊断提供基本参照。In this study,the data of the normal supranasal point and apex nasi of the complexion inspection were collected by the visible reflection spectrum,and the colorimetric parameters of supranasal point and apex nasi color were analyzed.Methods： 516 healthy students from the colleges and universities in Guangdong province were taken as the research subjects.CIE XYZ tristimulus values of supranasal point and apex nasi of the complexion inspection from 516 subjects was calculated based on the visible reflection spectrum,and the colorimetric parameters of the supranasal point and apex nasi color were obtained,such as the CIE 1964 chromaticity coordinate,brightness,dominant wavelength and excitation purity.Results： The results of CIE 1964 chromaticity diagram calculated on the visible reflection spectrum showed that the normal supranasal point color chromaticity coordinate was（0.3455 ± 0.0071） and was（0.3483 ± 0.0052）,the normal apex nasi color chromaticity coordinate was（0.3511 ± 0.0065） and was（0.3518 ± 0.0047）,the brightness Y value of the normal supranasal point and apex nasi color were（30.28 ± 4.80） and（29.60 ± 3.80）,the dominant wavelength value of the normal supranasal point and apex nasi color were（581.1 ± 3.3）nm and（580.7 ± 2.5）nm,and the excitation purity of the normal supranasal point and apex nasi color were（0.1377 ± 0.0325） and（0.1634 ± 0.0291） respectively.Conclusion： The application of visible reflection spectrum is a standard way to collect colorimetric data for inspection of the complexion.Based on the principle of knowing normal to understand variance,the investigation of chromaticity coordinates,brightness,dominant wavelength and excitation purity of the normal supranasal point and apex nasi color,would offer the basic reference for diagnosing morbid complexion in TCM.
