五运六气理论与上消化道出血相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨五运六气理论与上消化道出血(UGB)发病的关系。方法:根据近10年闽西地区上消化道出血发病情况,运用五运六气相关理论,观察发病高峰期的运气特点,寻找运气理论与UGB发病的相关性。结果:①2 165例UGB患者发病高峰年为2001年-2004年、2007、2008六年,此年间多为"小逆"、"天符"之年。②在六气发病上存在相对集中性,发病高峰期为初之气与终之气。结论:①UGB的发病高峰年多为"小逆、天符"之气候变化剧烈者。②UGB在平均气温较低、气温较差大的时段,尤其是初之气与终之气的八个节气里较易发病,故应注意初、末之气的UGB预防。Explore the relationship between doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and upper gastrointestinal bleeding（UGB）.Methods： According to incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in past nearly 10 years,using doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,observing the characteristics of disease peak,looking for the relationship between doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and upper gastrointestinal bleeding（UGB）.Results： ①The years for peak incidence of UGB is ‘xiao ni＇、‘tian fu＇.②Peak of six gas is the first and last climatic factors.Conclusion： ①The years for peak incidence of UGB is ‘xiao ni＇、‘tian fu＇,which climate change violent.②The peak incidence of UGB is during the period of lower average temperature,large temperature difference,especially in the first and last climatic factors.
