五行关系与更年期女性高血压辨证分析

摘　　要：更年期女性高血压属高血压病中女性特定时期的疾病。文章从其特有的生理、病理过程出发,分析在其发病中:母病及子、子盗母气、木旺乘土、心肾不交、木亢侮金5个方面的发病机制,旨在通过说明五行之间相生、相克的病理关系,阐述在治疗更年期女性高血压中,立法必从整体观念出发,树立"在于肾,又不止于肾"的观念,若使肝木、肾水、肺金、心火、脾土诸脏器相互协调,注重上下升降、阴阳虚实之间的辨证关系,才能避免出现脏腑功能紊乱而调解致阴阳平衡,从而达到治疗作用。The Female climacteric hypertension is hypertension in female specific periods.This article analyze its pathogenesis from unique physiological and pathological process.There are five aspects of the pathogenesis of Female climacteric hypertension： illness of mother viscera affecting the child one,child-organ disease involving its mother-organ,excessive wood over-restricting earth,disharmony between heart and kidney and hyperactivity of wood counter-restricting metal.By describing mutual generation and restriction of five element theory to elaborate legislation must proceed from the overall concept in the treatment of female climacteric hypertension.And establish the concept which is ＂Is the kidney,not limited to the kidney ＂.It can avoid the imbalance between Yin and Yang and mediate on the balance of yin and Yang,so as to achieve therapeutic effect through harmonizing the liver,kidney,lung,heart and spleen,and paying attention to upper,lower,ascending,descending,and the differentiation of syndromes relationship between Yin,Yang,deficiency,excess,in order to prevent the disorder of zang-fu viscera function.
