摘　　要：目的:探讨染色体12p13上的rs12425791多态性与缺血性中风痰浊阻络证、阴虚血瘀证的血脂水平的相关性。方法:采用TaqMan基因分型技术对148例广西汉族缺血性中风患者(痰浊阻络证67例、阴虚血瘀证81例)的rs12425791进行基因分型,并测定患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果:在缺血性中风痰浊阻络证患者中,不同rs12425791基因型或等位基因携带者的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均无统计学差异。在缺血性中风阴虚血瘀证患者中,不同rs12425791基因型或等位基因携带者的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平也均无统计学差异。结论:rs12425791多态性可能与缺血性中风痰浊阻络证、阴虚血瘀证患者的血脂代谢无相关性。To investigate the association of the single nucleotide polymorphism（SNP） rs12425791 on chromosome 12p13 with the blood lipid level of the ischemic stroke（IS） patients with turbidity-phlegm blocking collaterals type and Yin-deficiency blood-stasis type.Methods： 148 patients of ethnic Han in Guangxi suffered stroke（turbidity-phlegm blocking collaterals type 67cases,Yin-deficiency blood-stasis type 81cases） were conducted rs12425791 analysis using TaqMan genotyping assays and simultaneously tested TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C level.Results： Among the ischemic stoke patients with the turbidity-phlegm blocking collaterals type,no statistical difference was found in the level of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in different rs12425791 genotype or allele carrier.Among the ischemic stoke patients with the Yin-deficiency blood-stasis type,no statistical difference was found in the level of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in different rs12425791 genotype or allele carrier.Conclusion： rs12425791 polymorphism may be not associated with serum lipids metabolism in turbidity-phlegm blocking collaterals type and Yin-deficiency blood-stasis type patients.
