摘 要:目的:建立一种用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定火锅添加剂中多种重金属方法。方法:样品经过微波消解前处理,经ICP-MS特征波长定性扫描后,分别选取51.9Cr、62.9Cu、74.9As、89.9Zr、110.9Cd、207.9Pb同位素的波长对样品进行定量测定。结果:用本方法相关系数可达0.9999,相对标准偏差为0.53%~2.91%,回收率在91.0%~103.3%之间,六种金属Cr、Cu、As、Zr、Cd、Pb的方法检出限依次为0.0008 mg/L、0.0005 mg/L、0.0005 mg/L、0.0005 mg/L、0.0002 mg/L和0.0006 mg/L。结论:该法能同时测定火锅添加剂中多种重金属,回收率高,重现性好,检测限低,可满足火锅添加剂实际样品的检测需求。Objective:To establish an analytical method for the determination of heavy metals in chafing dish additives by an Inductive Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS) after microwave digestion.Methods: After the pretreatment,the samples were measured and quantified by ICP-MS,with isotope m/z at 51.9 for Cr,62.9 for Cu,74.9 for As,89.9 for Zr,110.9 for Cd and 207.9 for Pb.Results: The correlation coefficients of the method were all up to 0.9999,with relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 0.53%~2.91% and the recoveries of 91.0%~103.3%.The detection limits for Cr,Cu,As,Zr,Cd and Pb were 0.0008 mg/L,0.0005 mg/L,0.0005 mg/L,0.0005 mg/L,0.0002 mg/L and 0.0006 mg/L.Conclusion: This method was proved to be an accurate and precise to determine the objective analytes in the flavoring samples of chafing dish additives.
