探讨hsCRP和CRP的检测在儿科感染性疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的检测在儿科感染性疾病中的临床应用。方法:选取本院135例儿科感染性疾病患儿(其中细菌感染组80例,病毒感染组55例)作为研究对象,并随即抽取同期健康儿童60例作为对照组,测定全血hsCRP和CRP,并进行相关的统计学分析。结果:细菌感染组全血hsCRP和CRP明显高于病毒感染组和正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:检测患儿全血hsCRP和CRP水平有助于儿科感染性疾病的早期鉴别诊断和临床治疗。Objective：To explore the clinical significance of the High-sensitivity C-reactive protein and C-reactive protein in pediatric infectious diseases.Methods： 135 cases of hospital patients with children infectious diseases as research objects,（80 with bacterial infection,55 with virus infection） and 60 healthy subjects as control group were involved in this study,the levels of hsCRP and CRP in whole blood of these cases were determined and analyzed by statistics.Results： The level of hsCRP,CRP of bacterial infection chidren were higher than those of virus infection children and healthy chidren（P0.01）.Conclusion： The checking of hsCRP,CRP could help the early differential diagnosis and treatment of children infectious diseases.
