摘　　要：文中介绍了双物料单模注射成型工艺,分析了双色笔杆的结构特点,设计了双物料成型模具。解决了模具旋转换腔、型芯冷却、脱模系统、浇注系统设计等难题。The muhi-material single-mould injection molding process is introduced. The multi-material mold is designed. The structure characteristics of the bio-color pen barrel is analyzed. It also solves the problems of mould rotation, cores cooling, parting system and pouring system design.
