摘  要:采用共浸渍法,合成不同的Cu-Fe基负载型催化剂,从中筛选出MCM-49分子筛为载体.研究了Cu、Fe负载量对催化剂活性的影响.对合成的催化剂分别采用XRD、FT-IR、ICP-MS等进行表征,结果表明,Cu、Fe活性组分的加入没有破坏MCM-49的介孔结构.在无任何有机溶剂的条件下,以质量分数为30%的H2O2为"绿色"氧化剂,CuOx-FeOx/MCM-49为催化剂,探讨了催化剂煅烧温度、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间以及双氧水用量对苯甲醇(BzOH)催化氧化制苯甲醛(BzH)反应的影响.研究表明,当催化剂煅烧温度为500℃,催化剂用量1.0 g,苄醇2.5 mL,H2O2 10 mL,90℃反应5 h后,苯甲醇的转化率可达到87.40%,苯甲醛的选择性可达74.46%.In this paper, a series of different catalysts are prepared by depositing Cu-Fe bimetallic species on siliceous SBA - 15/MCM -41/MCM -49 by a co-impregnation method. MCM -49 molecular sieve is screened as a carrier and the effects of Cu, Fe-loading on the reactivity were investigated. The catalyst is characterized by XRD,FT- IR,ICP- MS. The results show that the mesoporous structure of MCM -49 is unchanged with the addition of copper and iron species. Without any organic solvent, the CuOx - FeOx/MCM -49 catalyst is used in oxidation of benzyl alcohol with 30% H2O2 as "green"oxidant and the effects of calcining temperatures, reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of catalyst and dosage of oxidant on catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzyl aldehyde reaction are investigated. The results show that under the catalyst calcining temperature of 773 K, the amount of catalyst 1.0 g, BzOH 2.5 mL, H2O2 10 mL,the reaction temperature of 90℃ for 5 hours, the conversion of benzyl alcohol and the selectivity of benzyl aldehyde reaching 87.40% and 74.46%.
