摘　　要：从皮层细胞骨架和皮层表膜下结构两方面综述了纤毛虫皮层结构的研究进展,并对今后这两方面的研究工作提出了建议.This text reviewed the cortical structures research progress of ciliates from the cortical cytoskeleton and the cortical subpellicular structure, and the future of these two aspects of the study recommendations.
